At GOLFIQUE,LLC, we specialize in premium pre-owned sale and consigned golf apparel. Because each item is unique and part of a circular resale model, our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and sustainable.

All Sales Are Final

All items sold on GOLFIQUE, LLC. are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of fit, size, or personal preference.

To help you shop confidently, we provide:

  • Detailed garment measurements

  • Multiple high-quality images

  • Brand and fabric information

We encourage customers to review all listing details carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions: Damaged or Misrepresented Items

Returns are accepted only if an item:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Is materially misrepresented compared to its listing description

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at consign@golfique.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved Claims

If a return claim is approved:

  • The customer will receive store credit only

  • Store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase

No cash refunds or original payment reversals are issued.
